Smart Glass Technical Parameters adopt Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal (PDLC) film as the intermediate layer via a special manufacturing process. It brings a close combination by multi-layer materials. 1 – Glass Layer; 2 – Self-Adhesive layer; 3 – Soft flexible transparent Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) conductive film; 4 – Liquid crystal molecular; 5 – Soft flexible transparent ITO conductive film; 6 – Glass Layer.

How is smart glass made?

Smart Film provides a cost effective alternative to other Smart Glass technologies in particular. Our film has a nano technology adhesive layer. This allows it to be applied to new as well as existing glass.

The film can be switched from being frosted to clear easily. It provides privacy and security by acting as an electronic blind for glass, window or partition.

In the frosted state it also can act as a high definition rear projection screen. Given these points it allows to display corporate presentations as well as TV images and videos.
